I made an order and got charged, but didn't receive a confirmation email

Sometimes the order confirmation email can take a while to be sent out. We also suggest checking the spam and promotion folders in your inbox. If you still haven't received a confirmation, we suggest getting back to us asking to speak with a Brand Ambassador so we can investigate further.
