My order shows as Delivered but it wasn't delivered. What to do?

If you have received an email confirming your order has been delivered but you didn't receive it, it is probably someone signed the delivery for you. We suggest you to check with the neighbours or any relatives if they got the parcel for you. If you still can't find it, we recommend to get back to us so we can investigate further.
