CAN I EXCHANGE PRODUCTS?

The products cannot be exchangeable.

However, you can use the pre-paid and pre-filled return label and return an item for free within 14 days from the day you received the order. We will issue a refund within a maximum of 14 business days after the return arrives at our warehouse. You can then re-order the item at any point.
