how do i return my order?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of receipt.

To begin a return, please follow these steps:

•  Print the return label you'll receive by email or scan the QR code in the email
• Add the items you would like to return inside the box, and stick the label on the outside 
• Drop the parcel off at your nearest drop-off point:

  Please note that all returned items should be sent in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unused, sealed, and accompanied by all the accessories and documents provided with them at the time of delivery.

  Any personalized, revised, or altered product, or any product returned damaged, used, unsealed, or incomplete, may not be refunded. If your return does not comply with the previous terms and conditions, we will be unable to reimburse the cost of the products.
