how long will it take to receive my refund after a return?

The refund period for a return can take up to 14 business days from the receipt of your return at our warehouse. Once we have inspected the condition of the returned items, we will notify you by e-mail. Please also note that the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchased product.
